What Happens Next?

Step 1: Schedule a Tour
We’ll contact you using your preferred method to arrange a tour of the Flora House. We encourage the potential resident to join if possible, so they can experience our community firsthand.

Step 2: Level of Care Assessment
After you've selected your preferred room and bath accommodations, we’ll conduct a Level of Care assessment for the potential resident—either immediately following the tour or at a later date and location that works best for you. This assessment helps us ensure your loved one receives the personalized care and attention they need.

Step 3: Final Documentation & Onboarding
During your visit, you’ll receive the remaining documents needed to complete the application. Once approved, we’ll work with you to begin the Resident Onboarding process on a date of your choosing.
